Caribbean channels are added. We have had massive requests for them and we have finally got a source for them. The only downside is, not all of these channels are super stable. However, there are some highly demanded streams which work fine and worth keeping. So enjoy using these Caribbean channels yet dont expect high stability.

September 1, 2026: (Improving) VOD Server Issue

So as you may know, since 2 months ago, the VOD (movies and series) content has been up and down, sometimes kept crashing, many times, resulting in heavy buffering.
We did everything, even asking help from gods of Valhalla.
2 days ago, out of nowhere, suddenly the unknown load on the server disappeared and the storage server started behaving normally, we believe it’s the storage company resolving their side, or maybe Odin has finally heard our whispers.
We’re still monitoring the performance but for instance today we have had 0 crashes up until now. So its a progress.

Tonight it’s been another one of those nights that VOD has been truly crap, DC is not being helpful and we’re trying to figure it out. We’re working on it.

VOD server had a nightmare tonight, constantly crashed and recovered and caused a lot og buffering, we are pressing datacenter for a fix.

Hey everyone, Alec here regarding VOD issue.
Very sorry about past few days, we have been hit hard by the crashes happening on VOD server.
Earlier the NXT support helped us finding a network conflict on one of our IP addresses assigned to the VOD server, we fixed that but still crashes happened. I just went through the VOD local configuration and noticed the locally stored data disk ws actually full. I have just lowered the lifetime of that data and massive amount of space has been freed up. Thats the cached data which is being served to your apps, not the VOD data itself.
The original issue is still happening from datacenter side, but local mitigation measures applied to ensure there are 0 problems on our side.
We’re continuously monitoring the situation and keep close touch with DC until they fix the problem.

With the help of NXT support, we have identified one big networking issue, it is mitigated and fixed now, let’s monitor VOD server performance from now on.

Once again, the datacenter where we host our VOD infrastructure is having massive network issue, we’re waiting for them to resolve, keeping you updated.
Live TV, needless to say, has no issues and working fine.

Fully aware of the VOD issue, started 48 hrs ago, tonight its even more severe.
The hosting company is already working on it to fix their side as it is network related.

15 minutes ago another blip happened to vod server and we have applied a measure to resolve the matter. Seems like our remote storage has some issues and causing this problem.
For now all seems to have settled past 15 minutes and we’re closely monitoring.
